ANEU Kitchens has opened its fifth store at the Ardmore Farmers Market. On opening day, the first 100 customers received complimentary samples of ANEU’s proprietary YEU On-the-Go snacks — “Snickers” bites or “One Smart Cookie” — made without gluten, dairy, or refined sugar, and infused with adaptogens and other natural ingredients. Meridith’s team, Ashley McFadden, Holly Franciamore, Alex McAvoy, Kim Jenkins and Laura Lent gathered for a photo with Meridith (center) on their first day at the Ardmore Farmer”s Market.

The Suburban Square kitchen serves the same menu as ANEU’s other locations: Founded by Meridith Coyle, ANEU has grown from a farmers market stand to five cafés and catering services, with a focus on nutritious, delicious food. The brand emphasizes “comfort food made healthier” and offers dietary-friendly options. Fresh salads, sandwiches, fruitSmoothies, bowls, and bakery treatsSnacks, fresh-pressed beverages, coffee, and tea. 

3. Shari Seitz and Michaela Gaviria stopped by to wish Meridith the best on Aneu’s opening day at The Farmers’s Market in Suburban Square.  Upcoming Expansion: ANEU plans to open a sixth location in Wayne this fall, featuring a 20,000-square-foot production kitchen, eatery, and wellness center.
