Terms of Purchase
This Agreement is between SUSANSCOVILL.COM LLC (the “Photographer”) and you and relates to your purchase of hard-copies of photographs published on this website. Your purchase of a hard-copy of a photograph is bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Your use of the hard-copy of a photograph is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of a photograph without the express written consent of Photographer, subject to the terms hereof.
- You shall not use a hard-copy of a photograph in any manner that will violate or infringe the rights of the Photographer or any third-party, including, for example, the rights of publicity and privacy. Except for the limited license set forth above, you have no rights in and to a photograph.
- Purchases of a hard-copy of a photograph are final. If a photograph or a hard-copy thereof is damaged, please contact The Camera Shop in Bryn Mawr.
- Photographer makes no representations or warranties with respect to the quality or availability of the images or any hard-copies thereof and disclaims all warranties related thereto.
