White Dog Cafe Glen Mills, 981 Baltimore Pike in the Shoppes of Brinton Lake, and Botanist Gin hosted a botanical-inspired dinner on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, from 6:30-8:30 PM. The event featured a four-course floral-inspired dinner, paired with Botanist Gin Cocktails and a make your own flower bouquet cart! Guests started the night off by making their own floral bouquet at the Botanist Floral Cart. Then, enjoyed a fabulous four-course floral-inspired menu by Executive Chef Michael Sesler. Attendees also  learned about how the 22 aromatic botanicals selected from 240 square miles of Hebridean paradise are selected including the sweet, spicy, and earthy notes of cassia and coriander which set a base for the delicate complexity of Botanist Gin.
