Joseph Viscuso was the ULRE September ’26 luncheon speaker
The Union League Real Estate Club of Philadelphia held its speaker luncheon on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. This month’s speaker was Joseph Viscuso, PE, PLS, ENV, SP, Senior Vice President with Pennoni, a fourteen -hundred-person employee-owned consulting engineering firm. Mr. Viscuso is the author of ”The Increased Cost of Housing Due to Bureaucratic Permit Requirements” which he wrote in 1977 and it would prove to be the opening chapter of a lifelong inquiry. The gap between what the country needs and what it is able to build has grown into one of the defining economic crises of the era. The Union League Real Estate Club of Philadelphia is comprised of many members including some of our city’s most influential developers, brokers, designers, bankers, architects and attorneys who are making our marketplace great. ULRE events, including the power luncheons are dedicated to presenting all that is Real Estate, by the leaders who are making it happen.
