Another exciting Ladies Day took place during the 130th Anniversary of The Devon Horse Show & Country Fair as FOX 29 and 6ABC joined special guest Carson Kressley, judge of Ladies Day, along with favorite boutique owners, local celebrities, riders, and show managers to celebrate one of the Main Line’s most beloved traditions.

Ladies Day at the historic Devon Horse Show, now celebrating its 130th anniversary, continues to blend world-class equestrian competition with timeless fashion and Main Line elegance. Dating back to the early 1900s, the event was originally scheduled to coincide with traditional ladies’ side-saddle riding competitions in the Dixon Oval and has since evolved into one of the region’s premier social occasions.

Known for its fashion-forward atmosphere, Ladies Day welcomes attendees dressed to the nines to celebrate community, style, and the enduring Devon legacy. The centerpiece of the festivities is the celebrated Hat Contest, where participants parade their millinery masterpieces across the Devon Pavilion stage before an esteemed panel of judges competing for honors including Best in Show, Best Hat to Toe, Best Group, Best Hollywood/Retro Theme, and Most Fascinating.

Guests also enjoy an elegant luncheon hosted within the fairgrounds, adding to a day that perfectly captures the spirit, sophistication, and tradition that have defined Devon for generations.
