The 130th Anniversary of the Devon Horse Show & Country Fair began with the beloved First Night at Devon
The 130th Anniversary of the Devon Horse Show & Country Fair officially began on Thursday, May 21 with the beloved First Night at Devon, an elegant evening celebrating art, philanthropy, and the enduring traditions of the show. The intimate gathering welcomed guests for an evening of gourmet fare, cocktails, and the opportunity to preview and purchase original works from locally and nationally recognized artists, all in support of a worthy cause.
During the evening, Wayne W. Grafton, Chairman and CEO of the Devon Horse Show & Country Fair, welcomed attendees and reflected on the significance of celebrating 130 years of this iconic Main Line tradition while continuing the show’s longstanding mission of raising funds to support Bryn Mawr Hospital. Grafton also announced the kickoff of the Devon Horse Show’s capital campaign, which will officially launch on Friday, October 9 at Triple Crown in Radnor.
Guests enjoyed the unveiling of this year’s official Devon Horse Show painting and spent the evening supporting the arts while raising money for the show’s benefactor, Bryn Mawr Hospital, setting the tone for another memorable year at Devon.
