1. In a year when the nation shines a spotlight on America’s birthplace, Fred’s Footsteps was an event to celebrate what truly makes Philadelphia extraordinary. Party in the Yard 2026 was a tribute to our city’s one-of-a-kind neighborhoods, iconic flavors, legendary teams, and unmistakable PHLare. It was a night filled with heart – and unmistakably Philly fun – as we support families caring for medically-complex children across our region. The event took place on Saturday, March 7 at Urban Outfitters, Inc., The Navy Yard, Philadelphia. Brian Lobley and Christine DiBona Lobley and Teresa and Fred DiBona III paused for a photo as the event began. Christine DiBona Lobley serves as Fred’s Footsteps Executive Director.

2. Christine DiBona Lobley welcomed Fred’s Footsteps’s board member Veronica McKee and her husband Jonathan Hochman.  Fred’s Footsteps was created in 2005 in memory of Fred DiBona, Jr., former President and CEO of Independence Blue Cross and a well-respected community and business leader for more than three decades.
