King of Prussia, PA — December 2025 — The Kibitz Room in King of Prussia invites the community to gather, celebrate, and savor the season during its signature event, “The Kibitz Room in King of Prussia running December 14 through December 22, 2025.
This festive celebration embraces the spirit of tradition, taste, and togetherness, offering guests a warm and delicious way to experience the joy of Chanukah. Each evening, The Kibitz Room will feature a rotating specialty latke menu, spotlighting a unique take on the beloved classic — from traditional potato latkes served with applesauce and sour cream to inventive chef-inspired varieties that highlight global flavors and seasonal ingredients.
Why Latkes?
The latke, or potato pancake, is one of the most recognizable symbols of Chanukah. Fried in oil, the latke commemorates the miracle of the oil that burned for eight days in the Holy Temple of Jerusalem. At The Kibitz Room, this tradition is honored through recipes that blend authenticity with creativity — a flavorful tribute to the enduring story of light, resilience, and community.
“We wanted to create a celebration that honors the richness of Chanukah traditions while bringing people together over food that feels both nostalgic and new,” said Brandon Parish, Owner of The Kibitz Room. “Each latke tells a story — and each night offers a delicious reason to gather.”

The Kibitz Room, located at 128 Town Center Rd, King of Prussia, is also proud to announce that the Pawsitively Jewish 2026 Calendar is now available for purchase in-store.
