Borromini, Stephen Starr’s new trattoria on Rittenhouse Square, held an opening party on Thursday, 21 , 2025. This summer celebration was presented by Capital One and featured a preview of the regional dishes of Italy to an elite group of diners. Borromini is Stephen Starr’s most consequential opening in more than 20 years. Pasta in all its concepts is the focus of Borromini on Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square.
