On Wednesday, May 14, 2025 Becky Fawcett, founder of Help us Adopt, hosted its Spring  reception at in Bryn Mawr.  The organization helps hard-working families overcome the financial obstacles of adoption so that children can join loving and permanent homes.  Help us Adopt raises funds primarily through private donations and fundraising events in New York, Philadelphia and Chicago. Donors to Helpusadopt.org are caring people who simply want to help build happy families for every child.Helpusadopt.org is a national 501(c)(3) financial grant program that helps couples/individuals (regardless of ethnicity, gender, marital status, race, religion, or sexual orientation) with the cost of their adoptions by awarding grants up to $30,000. They support domestic, international and foster care adoptions and do not charge their applicants to apply. Since 2007, they have awarded 845 adoption grants totaling over $8.32 million.
