The Union League Real Estate Club holds “Development in Philly ” Speaker Luncheon
On Wednesday, January 8, 2025, the Union League Real Estate Club luncheon, held its first speaker luncheon of 2025 at the Union League of Philadelphia. “Development in Philly ” speakers were Allison Schapker, CEO and Projects Officer of Fairmount Park Conservancy; Melissa Schrock, Executive Vice President of Hilco Redevelopment Partners; Phil Laws, Chief Operating Officer, Comcast Spectacor; and Michael Harris. Vice President of Marketing & New Media, Philadelphia Phillies. During the luncheon the speakers spoke at length about their upcoming projects, The event was sponsored by Delphi Property Group. The Union League Real Estate Club (ULRE) is an affinity club of the Union League of thePhiladelphia.
