The Do Gooders of Philadelphia in collaboration with the “With Love Halston Foundation” are pleased to announce they will be hosting an exclusive cocktail party celebration to honor Ken Downing, the Creative Director of Halston/Xcel Brands. The evening will take place at the beautiful home of Jennifer, Jeff and Kyle Westphal, Newtown Square, PA on May 9th, 2023 from 6-9pm. Guests will enjoy a fashion show and silent auction items. In attendance will be some luminaries and celebrities including Robert D’Loren CEO/Chairman of Halston and XCEL Brands and Missy Dietz, Boyd’s Director of Business Development, Marisa Auciello, Rigaud Candles. The following celebrities: Ralph Rucci, Stephen Burrows Designer at the Versaille Ball in 1973, Tony Spinelli, The Halstonettes: Karen Bjornsen, Alva Chinn, and Pat Cleveland, Lesley Frowick, niece of Halston and Mary K. Dougherty.

The mission of the Do Gooders is to enrich the lives of at-risk families and women and children in the Greater Philadelphia Area by volunteering and providing small grants to organizations serving their needs.

With Love Halston, is a nonprofit organization founded by Lesley Frowick, Halston’s niece; Steve Gold, Managing Director; Scott Vogel, CFO; Audrey Schilt, CCO; and Patrick Morgan.  The Halston Archives Scholarship will be establishing scholarship initiatives at top fashion institutions across the United States and ultimately abroad.
