1. On Wednesday, April 27, 2022 a VIP party kicked off the Penthouse Premiere at Arthaus. Decorated by prominent interior designers and lifestyle brands, this just-built sky-high designer show home opens for public tours April 28 through May 22 to benefit the Kimmel Center’s Arts Education Program. of Dranoff Properties, and Kirk Davis, CEO of Philadelphia magazine and the guest list included Philadelphia’s most prominent stakeholders. Philly Mag’s David Lipson paused for a photo with Roberta and Carl Dranoff during the reception. The 47-story Arthaus will welcome its first residents in June. Its opening represents a milestone achievement for Carl Dranoff, as his tallest, most expensive, and most luxurious development in his 45-year career.
