Sydney Grims and Thomas Keller
American chef, restaurateur, and cookbook writer, Thomas Keller, dined at Autograph Brasserie on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2019, with the Grims family. He was in town to play golf at Merion. While at Autograph Brasserie he dined on oysters from Washington State, the Autograph whole roasted chicken with sides of brocolli rabe, button mushrooms and spinach. He tried both the chocolate cake and the hummingbird cake. Bon Appetit! Thomas Keller and his landmark Napa Valley restaurant, The French Laundry in Yountville, California, have won multiple awards from the James Beard Foundation, also named as the Best California Chef in 1996, and the Best Chef in America in 1997.
