Terms of Purchase

This Agreement is between SUSANSCOVILL.COM LLC (the “Photographer”) and you and relates to your purchase of hard-copies of photographs published on this website. Your purchase of a hard-copy of a photograph is bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Your use of the hard-copy of a photograph is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of a photograph without the express written consent of Photographer, subject to the terms hereof.
  2. You shall not use a hard-copy of a photograph in any manner that will violate or infringe the rights of the Photographer or any third-party, including, for example, the rights of publicity and privacy. Except for the limited license set forth above, you have no rights in and to a photograph.
  3. Purchases of a hard-copy of a photograph are final. If a photograph or a hard-copy thereof is damaged, please contact The Camera Shop in Bryn Mawr.
  4. Photographer makes no representations or warranties with respect to the quality or availability of the images or any hard-copies thereof and disclaims all warranties related thereto.
