On January 18, 2018 Kendra Scott in Suburban Square hosted Kendra Gives Back – Sips, Sweets & Jewels to benefit Lower Merion High School Junior Isabelle Gordon’s LLS Student of the Year Campaign. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Students of the Year is a leadership development and philanthropy program in which high school students participate in a fundraising competition to benefit LLS. Every dollar raised counts as one vote. The candidates/teams who raise the most money at the end of the 7 week competition earn the title Student(s) of the Year. Students of the Year candidates are high school students who are interested in and enthusiastic about volunteerism, philanthropy, community outreach, and leadership. Through guidance and mentoring from experienced professionals at LLS they will make a real impact in the fight against blood cancers.Donations to Isabelle Gordon’s campaign can be made at http://events.lls.org/epa/phillysoy2018/igordon
